A request for an urgent consultation is a problem that cannot wait until the next routine appointment. If you feel your request is a medical emergency then an appointment will be made with an available doctor. This consultation may be at either North End or Steeple Claydon surgery. 

Patients requiring urgent medical advice outside normal surgery hours should telephone 0300 130 3035 (Harmoni - the out-of-hours service). All calls will be directed to the GP Answering Service who will take the details of your call and pass them on to a duty Doctor.  Should you consider the condition to be immediately life threatening, if possible telephone the Ambulance first on 999 before contacting GP Answering Service.
