medication your doctor may put the details on the computer
Repeat Prescriptions screen. These drugs can then be ordered
each month without seeing the doctor. All requests for
repeat prescriptions must be in writing. Please allow
2 working days to deal with your request. Your repeat
prescription request can be posted to the surgery, hand
delivered to our dispensary, faxed or emailed.

When you next collect your medication, make an entry on the
calendar function of your mobile phone, for 3 weeks time,
and set the alarm to remind you that it is time to reorder
your medication.
